Coba Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming nurseries in and around Northampton.

The Role

• Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assisting with learning through play and planned activities
• Promoting children's development, wellbeing and independence
• Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment
• Working closely with nursery staff and parents

Requirements

✅ Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate (essential)
✅ Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
✅ A caring, positive and proactive approach
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
