We're recruiting on behalf of a beautiful early years setting in Chipping Norton seeking a caring and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team.

This welcoming setting cares for children from newborn to 5 years across three bright and airy rooms, with access to a spacious outdoor garden that forms an important part of children's daily experiences.

The Opportunity

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing during some of the most important years of their lives.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team who share a passion for play-based learning and creating meaningful experiences for children every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development
  • Observing and assessing children's progress
  • Building positive relationships with children and families
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and confidence
  • Promoting safeguarding and high standards of care at all times

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Has a genuine passion for early years education
  • Understands the importance of play-based learning
  • Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Demonstrates warmth, patience and professionalism
  • Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child development

Paediatric First Aid would be advantageous but is not essential.
