About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. You'll help create engaging learning experiences that support every child's individual development while building positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's development.
  • Observe, assess and record children's progress and learning journeys.
  • Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Support children's personal care while maintaining dignity and wellbeing.
  • Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and equality at all times.
  • Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding standards of care.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, positive and reliable approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
