• Support classroom teaching and deliver engaging, play-based early years activities aligned with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).

• Provide dedicated care, nurture, and supervision for children.

• Assist with observation, progress tracking, and development records.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.

• Uphold high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety at all times.

• Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.

• First Aid: Valid, up-to-date Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate (or willingness to update/undertake immediately).

• Experience: Previous experience working within a school, nursery, or early years setting.

• Checks: Enhanced DBS check with a barred list check (essential for school-based employment).

• Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth.
