Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming primary school in the Northampton area who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis.

• Monday to Friday, full-time
• Up to £105 per day, depending on experience

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or a relevant equivalent
• Have experience supporting children within a primary school or similar educational setting
• Provide effective classroom support across different subjects and year groups
• Work confidently alongside the class teacher and wider support team
• Deliver targeted interventions with individuals or small groups
• Adapt activities and learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Promote positive behaviour through consistent and encouraging strategies
• Build strong and positive relationships with pupils
• Be patient, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children's development
