Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Pay Rate: From £15.98 per hour, dependent on experience
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to secure a position with a reputable employer. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Complete MOT preparation and repair work.
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- NVQ Level 3, IMI Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Previous workshop experience preferred.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- MOT Tester Licence.
- Hybrid and Electric Vehicle qualification.
- Experience in a dealership or independent garage environment.
- From £15.98 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Monday to Friday working hours – 08:00 to 17:00.
