LGV/HGV Team Leader (Removals & Logistics)

Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced LGV/HGV Team Leaders to support ongoing removals and logistics operations across multiple UK locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable driver/team leader with removals or transport experience to join a growing operation with long-term potential.

Salary & Benefits
- £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Equivalent to approx. £29,000
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (33 days total)
- 40 hours per week
- Typically 07:30 – 16:30 (1-hour unpaid break)
- 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday rota)
- Leading a small team on removals and delivery operations
- Ensuring safe loading, transport, and unloading of goods
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Supporting operational efficiency and compliance
- Adhering to all driving and safety regulations
- Rotational weekend shifts based on operational needs
