Are you an experienced Life Insurance or Protection Sales professional looking for your next opportunity?
Join an established independent business experiencing an exciting period of growth. You’ll be joining a successful team in a modern office environment, with excellent transport links and a genuine opportunity to earn up to £65,000 OTE.
The Role
- Sell Life Insurance and Protection products from leading UK providers
- Work with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls
- Build strong client relationships and provide a consultative sales approach
- Negotiate effectively and work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and operate within FCA/compliance guidelines
- Ensure customers’ needs and best interests remain at the heart of every sale
About You
- At least 12 months’ experience selling Life Insurance or Protection
- Strong advisory and consultative sales knowledge
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Confident communicating with customers over the telephone
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional, motivated and driven to succeed
What’s on Offer?
- £30,000 basic salary + Uncalled OTE circa £65,000
- Monday–Friday | 9:00am/9.30am –5:30pm / 6:00pm
