per annum (depending on experience)

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Lift Service Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) to join a respected lift engineering company covering a dedicated West London service route.

Key Responsibilities of a Lift Engineer:

  • Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance across a dedicated portfolio of lifts throughout West London.
  • Complete routine inspections, identify defects, and carry out minor repairs to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable.
  • Diagnose faults during servicing visits and recommend appropriate repair work
  • Record service activities, defects, and parts requirements, using company systems.
  • Liaise professionally with customers, providing updates and maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Work safely, ensuring compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and health & safety regulations.


Requirements of a Lift Engineer:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) - Essential
  • Full UK driving licence - Essential
  • Previous experience servicing and maintaining lifts - Essential
  • Good working knowledge of a variety of lift manufacturers and control systems.
  • Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Able to manage a dedicated West London service route efficiently.
