We're looking for an experienced Line Leader to join our team in Redditch. As a Line Leader, you'll oversee contract packing lines, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and meets customer requirements. You'll lead by example, support your team and help achieve daily production targets. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this role of Line Leader is available for immediate start!

Key Duties of a Line Leader:

• Lead and support operatives on the packing lines.
• Allocate workloads to meet daily production targets.
• Keep production lines running efficiently and minimise downtime.
• Ensure stock, packing materials and labels are available.
• Monitor quality, productivity and customer requirements.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures, PPE and company policies are followed.
• Report issues to the D2C Supervisor/Manager and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure the warehouse remains audit-ready.

Skills and attributes required by a Line Leader:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production or contract packing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours of work: Mon-Thurs 7am-6pm   /   Sun-Thurs 7am-4pm (1 Hour unpaid break)

Rate of pay: £13.21 per hour

Contract: Temporary to permanent
