Location: Bridgwater

Looking for a full-time role with weekly pay, great working hours and no weekends? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive manufacturing team in Bridgwater, working for a sustainable business that puts its people first.

As a Line Support Operative, you'll play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your duties will include:

• Loading the correct film onto production machinery and verifying reel details.
• Preparing and carrying out reel changes, including threading film through the machine and coordinating with packing staff.
• Replacing machine components as required.
• Troubleshooting film-related issues and escalating faults where necessary.
• Responding quickly to machine stoppages to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Operating grinders safely and ensuring they are clean and well maintained.
• Managing regrind bag changes in line with company procedures.
• Keeping regrind areas clean, organised and compliant.
• Preparing film reels for return to stock by securely strapping and bagging them.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification and are free from damage or contamination before packing.

Monday to Friday on a rotating three-week shift pattern:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 10:00pm – 6:00am

No weekends or bank holidays required.

• £14.02 per hour (inclusive of shift premium)
