Litigation & Costs Paralegal in City of London, London

As a Paralegal within the Disputes team, you will play a key role in managing the financial and operational aspects of a busy international disputes portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external law firms, and counsel, you will take ownership of legal spend administration, reporting, and invoice management while also supporting the wider disputes function.

Description

• Support the legal team in handling litigation matters and cost assessments.
• Draft and review legal documents, including cost schedules and case summaries.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analysis reports.
• Assist in liaising with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and organise legal documentation and case files.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.

Profile

A successful Litigation & Costs Paralegal should have:

• A background in legal studies or paralegal training.
• Experience in litigation and cost management within the financial services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
