We're looking for compassionate, dedicated Live-in Carers to join our growing team, supporting people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in the place they love most – their own home.

This is an incredibly rewarding role where you'll build meaningful relationships, provide reassurance to clients and their families, and make a genuine difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Live-in Carer, you'll live in the client's home during your placement, providing personalised support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Assisting with medication prompts or administration (where trained)
• Preparing nutritious meals and encouraging hydration
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with daily routines and maintaining independence
• Light household duties, including cleaning, laundry and shopping
• Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities
• Keeping accurate daily care records using digital care systems
• Communicating effectively with families and the wider care team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a care or support role (live-in experience is desirable but not essential)
• A compassionate, patient and professional approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and adapt to individual client needs
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Flexibility to work across the South West
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
• The right to work in the UK
