Job Summary

Duties

• Safely operate LLOP equipment to load and unload trucks, ensuring timely processing of shipments
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for mechanical issues
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stacking, storage, and organization within the warehouse
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying shipment contents against documentation
• Support warehouse operations by performing heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience operating LLOP or similar warehouse equipment such as forklifts
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems for inventory control
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting
• Excellent materials handling skills with attention to safety protocols
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, including documentation verification
