Loading Shovel Driver

Link Force Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Loading Shovel Driver to join an ongoing project based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating loading shovels to facilitate smooth excavation and material movement on-site. You will be expected to efficiently handle all loading and unloading tasks, ensuring safety and productivity are maintained at all times. 

• Previous experience as a Loading Shovel operator on construction sites
• Valid CPCS card is essential
• Medical clearance is preferred
• Ability to operate Loading Shovels efficiently and safely
• Good understanding of site safety protocols
• Reliable and punctual with good team communication skills
