We are recruiting for an experienced Locksmith (Garage Door Specialist) & Carpenter to join a social housing contractor covering Harlow and surrounding areas.
Duties include:

• Repairing and replacing garage doors and locking systems
• Fitting and repairing locks, handles, and security hardware
• Carrying out general carpentry repairs, including doors, frames, skirting, and kitchen units
• Working within occupied and void social housing properties
• Delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Proven Locksmith and Carpentry experience
• Social housing or maintenance background preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence

Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check and must hold or be willing to obtain Asbestos Awareness certification.
