Locum GP

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic GP Locum to join our friendly and supportive practice on a flexible basis.

The role offers the opportunity to work up to 5 days per week, depending on your availability and preference. We can accommodate both regular and ad-hoc sessions.

Role Details

• Position: GP Locum
• Working pattern: Up to 5 days per week
• Appointment length: 15-minute appointments
• Sessions: Flexible, with regular sessions available
• Patient workload: A varied mix of routine, acute and ongoing GP presentations
• Start date: Flexible / by agreement

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical care.
• Conduct face-to-face and/or telephone consultations as required.
• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of clinical presentations.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately within your scope of practice.
• Make appropriate referrals and follow up investigations and results.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team.
• Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with current professional and clinical standards.

About You

We are seeking a GP who is:

• Fully qualified and appropriately registered to work as a GP in the UK.
• Experienced in primary care.
• Patient-focused, approachable and professional.
• Confident managing a broad range of clinical presentations.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider practice team.
• Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
