Locum Independent Prescriber Pharmacist in Manchester

Join a supportive GP practice in Manchester as an Onsite Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist, working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective medicines optimisation and high-quality, patient-centred care.

About the Position:

• 5 days per week, onsite
• £38 per hour
• Must have primary care experience working as an Independent Prescriber
• Conduct medication reviews and implement medication changes
• Deliver face-to-face patient appointments
• Prepare and action clinical correspondence
• Work closely with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team to support safe prescribing and improved patient outcomes
