Locum Planning Lawyer

Planning Lawyer – In House – 6 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice on planning and development matters within a corporate or commercial context
• Drafting and reviewing planning agreements, permits, and related documentation
• Advising on compliance with planning laws, regulations, and policies
• Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
• Managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality legal standards

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with proven experience in planning law
• Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and procedures in the private sector
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Availability for immediate start on a locum basis
