In this role, you will be managing the Early Help service.

Key Responsibilities:
The Team Manager will be managing early help teams, allocating case work, providing supervision and management oversight on early help case work.
The team has about 10 staff.
Requirements:
- experience as a Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager
- experience in managing family support workers, or social care staff in an early help or social care setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
