Assistant Logistics Administrator
£28,000 + Bonus + Free parking + Pension + Benefits + EAP
Stevenage – Hybrid role [3/2 split]

Our client is a fast-growing, design-led furniture brand.
Working at the centre of a small, dynamic team including the founders, you will be joining them at the start of a period of expansion in the UK following huge success abroad.
Summary:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to support the Operations team.
This is a straightforward administrative role focused on managing shipment information and updating records. The work is largely repetitive in nature and involves following established processes. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate shipping labels for orders.
• Obtain and record tracking information.
• Update delivery dates in company spreadsheets.
• Monitor shipments and confirm deliveries have been completed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date.
• Escalate any delivery issues to the relevant team member.
• Support the Head of Operations with general logistics administration.
Experience needed?
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Organised and methodical approach to work.
• Reliable and able to follow processes accurately.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Package:
• Salary £28,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
• Full training provided.

No previous logistics experience is required but is desirable. We are happy to train the right person with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
