Salary: up to £35,000 + Benefits

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain? Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting exclusively for a Logistics Operational Administrator to join Barcel UK, supporting the Logistics Manager with the day-to-day coordination of raw materials, inventory, and export administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process purchase orders using Oracle.
- Receipt raw materials and packaging against open purchase orders.
- Transfer stock between manufacturing sites within Oracle.
- Manage supplier booking schedules and report any non-compliance.
- Process cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Input and verify weekly inventory data using Excel and Oracle, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Resolve invoice queries relating to raw materials and packaging with suppliers and internal departments.
- Support physical inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliations.
- Investigate accounts payable queries relating to raw materials.
- Prepare and process export documentation to support international shipments.
- Coordinate courier deliveries and maintain associated administration.
- Ensure visitors to the department are signed in and inducted in line with site procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the Logistics Manager and wider Operations team.
Health, Safety & Quality
As part of the Operations team, you will:
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
- Participate in Health & Safety training and audits.
- Maintain the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and HACCP compliance.
- Support product quality and customer satisfaction by adhering to BRC and other relevant regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or administrative role.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems (Oracle experience is advantageous).
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
