Logistics Team Member

Location: Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex
Rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE
Contract: Temporary/Contract

Matchtech are supporting the recruitment of a Logistics Team Member to join their team in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering and technology organisation, supporting critical logistics and operational activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Logistics Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Offloading, checking and receipting inbound consignments.
• Safely storing components and materials to ensure availability for production.
• Loading and dispatching outbound consignments.
• Maintaining external logistics and storage areas in a safe, clean and organised condition.
• Working closely with the Logistics Leadership Team to ensure components are available to support both logistics and production activities.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse and logistics function.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, stores or goods-in/goods-out environment.
• A strong focus on safety and quality.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support operational requirements as needed.

• £14.00 per hour PAYE.
