Long Reach Excavator Operator

Delta Personnel is searching for Long Reach Excavator Operators in Cheddar.

We're looking for experienced operators to work on watercourse and vegetation clearance projects across North Somerset.

This is long term work across a number of sites within approximately 20 miles of Cheddar. The current programme runs until at least October, with further work expected beyond this.

Job Info

• 08:00 – 16:00
• Minimum 8 hours paid per day
• Additional hours available depending on site location and workload
• Long term work
• Multiple start dates available
• Travel directly to site each day
• Sites are located across North Somerset within approximately 20 miles of Cheddar

The Role

• Operating Long Reach Excavators up to 30T
• Watercourse and vegetation clearance works
• Working on rivers, drainage channels and similar environments
• Working across multiple sites throughout North Somerset

Requirements

• CPCS or NPORS Excavator ticket
• Previous Long Reach Excavator experience
• Ability to work safely around watercourses
• Own transport
• Defra Mod 2 with Annex H would be advantageous but is not essential as our client can facilitate this for you.
