Job Description:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Duties
- Preparing papers and files for courts, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
- Processing, handling and maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
- Recording and accurately updating hearing outcomes and case information.
- Creating, updating and maintaining digital records and court files.
- Interpreting information accurately and ensuring records are completed correctly.
- Communicating with members of the public, judiciary, legal representatives and partner organisations.
- Providing excellent customer service in a busy operational environment.
- Supporting the effective administration of Immigration and Asylum Chamber cases.
- Working collaboratively within a team while managing competing priorities.

- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment (working with vulnerable clients preferred);

- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to pass basic DBS check
