We are working with a highly regarded Primary School in Bath who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Lower KS2 Teacher to join their team in January 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging, creative and challenging learning, whilst creating a positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

The Role

You will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum and ensuring pupils make strong academic and personal progress.

The school has high expectations for both staff and pupils and is looking for a teacher who is confident in their classroom practice, enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to contribute to the wider life of the school.

A TLR is available for the right candidate, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to take on additional responsibility, or someone ready for the next step in their career.

The school is looking for a teacher who:

• Has QTS and recent Primary teaching experience
• Has experience teaching across KS1/KS2, ideally with Lower KS2 experience
• Can plan and deliver engaging and purposeful lessons
• Has high expectations of all pupils
• Is confident with behaviour management and classroom routines
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Is organised, enthusiastic and committed to their own professional development
• Is keen to contribute to the wider school community
