Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Rate: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure all children receive the individual support they need to reach their full potential.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access learning.
· Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.
· Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence within the classroom.
· Provide targeted support for children who may require additional academic or pastoral assistance.
What We're Looking For:
· Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting is desirable.
· A positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young learners.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction from teaching staff.
· Experience supporting children with additional needs would be advantageous but is not essential.
To be eligible, you must:
· Hold Right to Work in the UK.
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application.
· Provide two professional child-related references.
