Smile Education are currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Kidderminster area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children and wants to play an important role in creating a safe and enjoyable lunchtime environment.
The successful applicant will supervise pupils during lunchtime, support positive behaviour and ensure children are safe and happy both in the dining area and on the playground.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising pupils during lunchtime and play
  • Supporting children in the dining hall
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
  • Ensuring pupils follow school rules and safety procedures
  • Responding appropriately to minor incidents
  • Supporting children to have a positive lunchtime experience
  • Liaising with teachers and school staff when required
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Enjoy working with children
  • Be friendly, approachable and patient
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be reliable and responsible
  • Be confident managing groups of children
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ideally have previous experience working with children
