Job Role:

  • As the first point of contact for the business, you will excel at building rapport with customers, identifying their needs and helping them find the perfect jewellery or timepiece.

  • Whether interacting face-to-face, online, by telephone or virtually, you will deliver an engaging and personalised customer experience tailored to each client's preferred method of communication.

  • You will be motivated to achieve your own sales and customer service targets while supporting the wider store team in meeting shared objectives.

  • You will help maintain the exceptional presentation of the showroom by assisting with visual merchandising and window displays, ensuring the store always reflects the premium standards of the business.

  • Day-to-day store operations include monitoring stock, following inventory management procedures, and ensuring all merchandise remains secure, immaculate and ready for sale.

  • There will also be opportunities to build relationships beyond the showroom by attending external sales and marketing events, representing the business and strengthening its local presence.

Requirements:

  • Previous jewellery experience would be advantageous. This may include knowledge of gemstones and precious metals or an industry-recognised qualification such as JET (Jewellery Education and Training).

  • However, we also welcome applicants from luxury retail, hospitality or other premium customer-facing environments who share our client's commitment to delivering exceptional levels of service.

  • As a Sales Consultant representing world-renowned jewellery and watch brands, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, whether through individual performance or wider store key performance indicators.

  • You will be confident, personable and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills and a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service. Your attention to detail sets you apart, and you are naturally able to build lasting relationships with clients.

  • You are proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, readily supporting colleagues whenever required.

  • You will be comfortable using IT systems as part of your daily role and, ideally, will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
