Luxury Retail Assistants in Mayfair, Greater London

We are currently recruiting for Luxury Retail Assistants to support a premium client in a very busy, fast-paced environment.

This is a customer-facing role suited to candidates with excellent customer service skills who are confident working under pressure and able to maintain a professional and polished approach throughout a busy day.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service in a high-end environment
• Welcoming and assisting customers throughout their visit
• Taking and processing customer orders
• Supporting busy food and retail counters
• Maintaining a professional and well-presented environment
• Working efficiently during peak periods and managing queues
• Supporting colleagues across different areas when required
• Ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service

About You

• Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, premium customer service or a similar environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident working in a very busy and fast-paced environment
• Professional, polished and well presented
• Able to remain calm and friendly under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working long shifts, typically 9am–9pm
• Flexible and available for temporary assignments
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
