The Luxury Travel Retail Manager will have the accountability for overall store performance, including sales, conversion, profitability, service standards, and team leadership. Each day will not be the same.
 

Luxury Travel Retail Manager Duties:

• Own overall store performance, including sales, conversion, profitability, and service delivery.
• Drive a proactive sales culture that converts footfall.
• Actively sell holidays and step in to support client demand where required. 
• Lead, recruit, coach and performance manage the store team.  
• Conduct regular performance reviews to support development.
• Set clear objectives and development plans for team members   
• Grow local pipeline through marketing, events, partnerships and networking  
• Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships.
• Share insights and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Luxury Travel Retail Manager – Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience leading a team in a sales or service-led environment, with a strong track record of delivering sales performance and driving commercial results.
• Confident coaching and developing others to achieve high performance . 
• Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on selling.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  
• Proactive and able to build relationships
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences  
• Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
