We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist ultra-luxury travel business for an experienced Luxury Travel Specialist to join a small, high-performing team based in the Hampshire area . This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished luxury travel professional with genuine experience working with high-net-worth clients and a passion for creating exceptional, highly personalised travel experiences. You will manage the full client journey, from initial enquiry and bespoke proposals through to booking, trip delivery and post-trip follow-up. You’ll arrange complex itineraries including luxury accommodation, private aviation, ground transportation, ski services, private staff, dining, wellness, and bespoke experiences. This role offers a generous, competitive salary based on experience and will be office based in the Hampshire area but there will be flexibility with some hybrid working and will be working Mon-Fri 9-5.30 but flexibility will be required.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling and arranging ultra-luxury travel, excellent destination knowledge and outstanding communication, sales and relationship-building skills. You’ll need exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial awareness and the ability to remain calm and resourceful when handling complex or last-minute requests. Experience with CRM and travel technology is required, with knowledge of Safari Portal, Canva and Google Workspace advantageous.
This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist luxury travel business where service, relationships and attention to detail genuinely matter. International travel may be required to support clients and oversee selected trips.
