M&E Cost Consultant

This permanent full-time position focuses on delivering specialist mechanical and electrical cost consultancy services across construction projects while supporting the continued growth of a dedicated M&E consultancy function.

Responsibilities

• Provide M&E cost advice throughout project lifecycles
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and commercial reporting
• Deliver procurement advice and cost control support
• Manage client relationships and attend project meetings
• Support the development and expansion of M&E consultancy services

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
• Minimum 4–5 years' experience in cost consultancy
• Strong understanding of M&E cost management and procurement
• Experience delivering client-facing consultancy services

Salary & Package

• £60,000–£70,000 basic salary
