We are recruiting a key technical lead to oversee full lifecycle M&E packages—from initial design development through to testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Deliverables

  • Design & Procurement: Review project requirements against client/contract specifications. Issue TQs/RFIs, produce Technical Submittals, and execute cost-effective package procurement.
  • Construction & Quality: Develop installation schedules with planning teams. Implement ITPs, supervise site works to British Standards/NICEIC/CIBSE guidelines, and manage scope variations.
  • Testing & Handover: Execute commissioning plans, establish test parameters with consultants/vendors, update red-line drawings, and compile O&M documentation for sign-off.

Technical Capabilities

  • Mechanical: HVAC (Chilled/Condenser water, ventilation), Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection (Sprinklers, Pumps), BMS Integration.
  • Electrical: LV/MV Distribution, Generators, UPS, Earthing/Lightning Protection, Load Calculations, Fault Analysis.
  • Software: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), ETAP, HAP, MS Project / Primavera P6, MS 365.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years M&E engineering in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
  • Professional Membership: Essential membership with IET, IMechE, or CIBSE (CEng / IEng / EngTech desirable).
