M&E Project Manager

Job Title: M&E Project Manager
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: £80K + Package

The Role:

• Manage M&E projects from concept through to completion.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Prepare and manage project plans, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.

• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and forecasting.

• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.

• Lead and mentor project teams.

• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant mechanical and electrical industry standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Strong background in delivering commercial and industrial M&E projects.

• Experience managing M&E projects from inception to completion.

• Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.

• Ability to interpret M&E drawings, schematics, BoQs, and BoMs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
