The Role
As the M&E Surveyor, you'll:
- Carry out detailed mechanical and electrical surveys across assigned sites.
- Record plant, systems, capacities and layout information accurately. - Produce clear, concise survey reports with findings and recommendations.
- Identify defects, compliance issues and capacity constraints for projects.
- Liaise with site contacts to arrange access and verify information.
To be successful as the M&E Surveyor, you'll have:
- Proven experience delivering M&E or building-services surveys.
- Strong technical report-writing and survey documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical services and components.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
Contract survey assignment for a confidential client operating in the building-services/facilities management sector.
- £300/day contract rate.
- Contract assignment based in Durham.
