MACHINE MINDER – SNETTERTON
Straight Forward Recruitment are recruiting!
We are looking for an experienced Machine Minder to join a busy freeze-dried pet food manufacturing facility in Snetterton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.
PAY & BENEFITS
- £12.71 per hour to start
- Increasing to £13.50 per hour after 12 weeks
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
⏰ WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00.
LOCATION: Snetterton
The Role
- Operating and monitoring production machinery.
- Setting up machines and making adjustments where required.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.
- Carrying out routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating or machine-minding experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
