Bridgwater | £13.39-£15.91 per hour | 4 on, 4 off | Days & Nights | Temporary to Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Bridgwater.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Machine Operatives, Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Machine Operators, and Production Technicians looking to join a successful business offering comprehensive training, genuine career progression, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

• Starting pay of £13.39 per hour.
• Increase to £15.91 per hour once fully trained.
• Paid breaks.
• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
• Temporary to permanent opportunity.
• 30 days' holiday, increasing annually during the first three years (upon permanent employment).

• Operate machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Pack products accurately and efficiently to company standards.
• Complete training across a variety of production equipment.
• Carry out basic quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive production team to achieve targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable and committed to working a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.

• 2 Day Shifts: 6:45am-6:45pm.
• 2 Night Shifts: 6:45pm-6:45am.
• Followed by 4 Days Off.
