Shifts: Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £13.15 per hour (Days) | £14.55 per hour (Nights)

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Machine Operatives for a busy soup manufacturing site based on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in food production, with full training provided and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities of Machine Operative:

• Operating and monitoring machinery within the packout department
• Ensuring finished products are packed correctly and meet quality standards
• Carrying out routine quality checks on products and packaging
• Identifying and reporting any machine faults or production issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For in a Machine Operative:

• No previous experience required - full training provided
• A willingness to learn and develop machine operating skills
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
