Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 16:00 | Friday 07:00 – 13:00
Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a leading manufacturing business based at Ansty Park, CV7. Whether you already have machine operating experience or are looking to develop your skills within manufacturing, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career.

The Role

As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the production process and ensuring products are manufactured, checked, and prepared for dispatch to the highest standards. This is a physically active role that involves regular manual handling and lifting of products weighing up to 25kg.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently (full training provided)
• Stacking and handling finished products
• Working from order sheets to meet production requirements
• Carrying out end-of-line production duties
• Completing visual quality checks on finished products
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Safely lifting and moving products weighing up to 25kg
• Following health & safety procedures and company processes

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who have:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, factory, or warehouse environment
• Machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• The ability to follow written instructions and work from order sheets
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties, including lifting products weighing up to 25kg
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
