Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Gilberdyke, is looking to recruit experienced Machine Operatives to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Carrying out machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Reporting faults and production issues promptly
- Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Extensive machine operating experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
Desirable:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
Shift Patterns Available
- 6:00am - 2:30pm
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Continental shifts (60 hours one week, 24 hours the next)
