We are currently recruiting 10 Machine Operators to join a busy packaging company based in Fareham.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for immediate-start, full-time work.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery
- Ensure products are packaged correctly and to quality standards
- Carry out basic production and quality checks
- Keep the production area clean and organised
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Report machine faults or production issues to supervisors
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:

- Comfortable following instructions and procedures

- Available to start immediately
Previous manufacturing, production or packaging experience is an advantage.
