Machine Operator

🚨 MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED – MEDWAY 🚨

Connect Personnel are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join a growing team within the food industry.

📍 Location: Medway
💰 Salary: £26,000–£27,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE)
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ Hours: 08:30–16:30 or 08:30–17:00
📈 Position: Temp-to-perm or permanent, depending on experience (DOE)

The Role

You will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring products are processed efficiently and safely, and maintaining high standards throughout the production process.

Must Have:

* Previous machine operating experience
* Experience within food, pharma or manufacturing/processing environments is advantageous
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and hardworking
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to work as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment
