Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of our client, based on the outskirts of Brandon.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with competitive pay and overtime rates.

Start Time: 7:00am
Pay Rate:

  • £12.95 per hour

  • £16.09 per hour (overtime after 39 hours)

Job Description

As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of production machinery. Working within a fast-paced environment, your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment, maintaining product flow, and ensuring all products are processed in line with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery

  • Ensure smooth and continuous production processes

  • Maintain product quality and adherence to customer specifications

  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Own transport is essential due to the location

  • Previous machine operative or production experience is desirable but not essential
