Job Summary

As a Machine Operator you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing team by operating and monitoring machinery across various production lines.

This role requires versatility and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of the Shift Operational Lead to meet production goals.

What you’ll do:

• Operate and monitor multiple production lines, including packing, palletising, lid loading and material replenishment.
• Carry out quality and process checks to ensure production runs safely and efficiently.
• Support line changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be a role model for company values: Excellence, Respect, Creativity & Responsibility.
