Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator

We are recruiting for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.

• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

• Carrying out end-of-line duties, including packing finished products.

• Labelling products accurately and preparing them for dispatch.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

• Assisting with other production duties as required.

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shifts (days and nights).

• Rotating shift pattern.

• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.

Requirements:

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.

• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
