The Role

You will be working as a Machine Operator / Minding Operative, supporting the rotational moulding process. No machine setup required, your role focuses on operating, monitoring, and minding machinery to ensure smooth production.

Key Duties

• Operating and minding rotational moulding machinery
• Monitoring product quality throughout the shift
• Loading/unloading moulds and materials
• General production duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working effectively as part of a hands-on team

Shifts & Pay

Days: Monday–Thursday, 6am–6pm

•  Weekly earnings of £650 including shift allowance

Nights: Monday night–Friday morning, 6pm–6am

• Weekly earnings of £734 including shift allowance

Overtime:

• Fridays 6am–2pm
• Paid at 1.3x hourly rate

All shifts paid in full (12 hours).

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, hardworking individuals
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
• Full training is provided
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
