Machine Operator

Location: Knowsley
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – 2 Days / 2 Nights
Hours: 7:00am–7:00pm / 7:00pm–7:00am
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy food manufacturing facility in Knowsley. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for ongoing work with an immediate start.

The Role

As a Machine Operator, your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensuring machinery is running correctly and reporting any faults
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Following company procedures, health & safety and food hygiene requirements
• Working as part of a team within a fast-paced production environment

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous Machine Operator experience within food manufacturing
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Be reliable, punctual and committed to their shifts
• Be able to work the full 4 on 4 off pattern, including days and nights
• Have good attention to detail
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be available for an immediate start
