Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is a temporary position with assignments reviewed on a daily basis.
The role involves assembly, working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and operating press machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling components and finished products
- Operating machinery
- Carrying out manual handling duties safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience within a manufacturing, production, or similar environment is desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
Working Hours
Rotational Shift Pattern
Week 1
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm
Week 2
- Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Friday: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
