Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out routine machine checks and report any faults.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or within a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to work continental rotating day and night shifts.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
